Normally, iGS50E/iGS10 will show speed and distance once it starts recording and GPS signal is located.

If it can't show speed and distance,pls try to check the following two aspects:

1. Make sure the GPS signal is well located.

How to search satellite signals?

Bike computers will search satellite signals automatically when powering on.

Please make sure the device is outdoor and under a clear view of the sky.

Usually it may take 30 to 120 seconds to locate satellite signals. Remain stationary when acquiring satellite signals.

The time and date will be calibrated automatically after satellite signals are located.
