Live Tracking Function Can't work

Steps to start a live tracking.

1) To connect your iGS620 with app.

2) To start a riding.

3). To select LiveTrack 30 seconds after the riding.

3) To share the information via whastapp, facebook, etc.

If the live tracking function can't works well in iGS620,you may try the following four tips to fix the problem,

1. Make sure the network of your phone is table.

2. Make sure iGPSPORT APP had been successfully connected with iGS620.

If the Bluetooth connection had been interrupted, the live tracking information may not be transfered to APP.

3. Make sure iGPSPORT APP hadn't been shut off by your phone.

Since some phones models with Andorid system may shut off the APP running in the backgrounde.

If the the link can't be accessible, pls contact with customer support for further analysis. thank you.

4. Share the link 30 seconds after you start a riding

otherwise the link will show expired or hadn't started.
