My iGS620 / iGS520 Bluetooth Fails to Connect with APP Follow
If your iGS620 / iGS520 fails to connect with iGPSPORT APP, pls review the following tips to fix the problem.
Steps to upload data to iGPSPORT APP:
1. Open iGPSPORT APP,click "+" to add your device.
2. Click "SEARCH"to search and connect your device.
3. Pair and connect iGS620 to upload data
If APP fails to pair or disconnect your device., you may try the following tips to fix the problem:
1. Unpair the Bluetooth in your device.
2. Remove the device in iGPSPORT APP
3. Unpair the Bluetooth in the setting in your phone
4. Turn off the Bluetooth ,then turn on again
