If your cadence sensor C61 can't connect with my devices from other brand.
Firstly,pls check the instrucstion to check if the sensor in good condition.
It can be identified that the cadence sensor is in good condition if it flashes light when a new battery inserted. See articles.
Secondly,pls try to connect the sensor with some other devices or APP to check the working condition,

If it can be connected with other APPs, but can't be connected with the devices you mentioned.
The problem should be caused by the incompatibility between the two devices.
