If APP fails to connect with your bike computer iGS50E or iGS10, pls try the following tips to fix the problem.
Firstly, pls try to update the APP and the device to the latest version and try again.
Secondly, pls try the following tips to reconnect with the bike computer:
1). Click the device and remove the device
2). Restart the phone.
3). Restart the device
4). Reinstall iGPSPORT APP then try again.
5). Disconnect the WIFI on the phone.
If it still can't work, pls help to provide us the following information, for troubleshooting:

2). Some screenshots or a short video about the phenomenon.
Note: The compatibility with some model is not that smooth as some other phones,maybe you could try it on another phone if it still fails.
It will show the Bluetooth icon ,when APP was successfully connected with iGS50E / iGS10.
