#1. Scope of Warranty
In accordance with our after-sale service policies, iGPSPORT provides one year warranty for non-artificial damaged products. Used and refurbished products are not under warranty. Some of our products carry different warranty periods. Please check the warranty period before purchasing a product.
a). The one-year warranty starts from the date of purchase as is indicated on the purchase receipt or invoice.
b). The warranty period for the belts of any heart rate Monitors, bike mounts, or any accessories is 3 months.

c). For products that are out of warranty scope, we would like to offer maintenance service in China. However, you will pay the fee which includes the round-freight and material cost for maintenance.
#2.Steps to make a Warranty Claim
In order to help you better, please kindly show us the following details:
a) Product model：
b) Serial number (SN) or ID;
c) Purchase date from the invoice:
d) Problem description: what the problem is, how it was generated and when it started.
The following information is also required for problem identifying:
a) Pictures for visible damages
b) Videos for malfunctions
c) Videos for data errors
To make a warranty claim, pls provide the following information:
a) Shop link
b) Member ID
c) Purchase data indicated on the purchase receipt or invoice.
Our products are manufactured under a thorough quality control system, but
in any case, in which our products have non-artificial quality problems within
