Scope of Warranty
iGPSPORT provides one year warranty for non-artificial damaged products. Used and refurbished products are not under warranty.
For products that are out of warranty scope, we would like to offer maintenance service in China.
Steps to claim for Warranty
In order to help you better, please kindly show us the following details:
a) Product model:
b) Serial number (SN) or ID;
c) Purchase date from the invoice:
d) Problem description: what the problem is, how it was generated and when it started.
Pictures or videos will help.
